Greetings Courage Family!
It is with great excitement that I welcome you to what I know will be an incredible year at Kilpatrick Elementary School! As many of you know, the past few school years brought challenges and many new changes; however, we persevered, and we prevailed! I am proud to work with a family of such resilient and committed students, parents and professionals. In addition, I am proud of the SUCCESSES that await us in the 2023-2024 school year as we work together to ensure our students achieve academic excellence!
The beginning of a brand-new year brings new ideas, new initiatives, and new innovative ways of thinking. I can assure you that we (teachers and staff) are charged and ready with “Leveling up Learning” by providing rigorous, targeted support and increasing outcomes, access, and opportunities to all students that enter Kilpatrick Elementary!
As your Assistant Principal, I plan to let love, kindness, and compassion be my guide in providing a safe and positive learning environment that is inclusive and equitable for all students. I believe "it takes a village" to ensure student success. Therefore, it is my goal to work diligently with our staff and community to leverage partnerships and foster positive relationships with students, parents, and teachers to maximize opportunities for our students to thrive. I look forward to working with our Cougar families as we grow throughout the school year.
